EIS Employee Referral Bonus Program OVERVIEW: EIS's most valued resource is its people. While developing that resource requires us to maintain a formal recruiting program, we recognize the fact that one of the best sources of new and talented people come through referrals from our existing team members. To emphasize our desire to bring in new people in this manner and to reward employees for their assistance in this critical issue effecting EIS's continued strength and success, we have created this program. ELIGIBILITY: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in this program. PARTICIPATION: 1) To participate in the EREF program, an employee must submit the name, phone number, and preferably a current resume of a candidate qualified for employment with EIS. Information should be submitted to Marc Mitchell, Director in charge of EIS Recruiting. To avoid unnecessary conflicts, this referral should be done prior to any direct contact between EIS and the referred individual. 2) Referred individuals must be applying for full-time / permanent positions. Referrals for part-time or internship candidates are not included. 3) If found to be qualified for an available position and an offer of employment is accepted, after the referred employee's first full month of employment, the referring employee will receive a bonus payment of $500. 4) Furthermore, when the referred employee marks 6 months of service, the referring employee will receive a second bonus payment of $500. 5) Pairs or other groups of employees may submit references of mutual acquaintances and the aforementioned bonuses will be split among the submitting parties. 6) Referring employees must maintain their employment with EIS to receive these bonus payments.
