Medical Coverage

EIS offers health coverage through Guardian - in alliance with - Destiny health care www.destinyhealth.com.

EIS pays for 75% of an individual's medical premium and 50% for family coverage. EIS follows the Destiny Health Care policies and procedures for enrollment, claim filing, claim payment and requires a six month waiting period for all new employees before they are eligible for coverage.

Dental Coverage

EIS offers the optional purchase of dental insurance through MetLife. Individual and family rates are available. If the employee has been without insurance for more than 90 days, pre-existing condition limitations may apply. See the EIS Benefits Manager for details.
