RTA can efficiently process customers by scanning their drivers license or military ID with magnetic and optical (PDF417) symbologies in as little as 15 seconds. It can also print and encode proprietary ID cards as well. RTA also captures and stores images of credentials and Customers for security verification and data entry purposes.
RTA maintains and classifies Customers, VIPs, Employees and Contractors and can provide a continuous allotment of reservations, tickets and access for a hierarchy of Child and Parent Events (i.e. shuttles or buses to/from main event). It provides dynamic pricing of events and products by customer type and can also be used for reservations, ticketing and access control to special functions (Parties, Tournaments, Sporting Events, Tours etc.). RTA also features an optional Credit Card authorization and settlement interface to your choice of Merchant Banks.
The RTA was built with the royalty-free Java language and features dynamic software distribution and updates and works with most relational databases. It can run on a variety of platforms, including PCs, Unix, Linux, Mainframe, Apple, etc. A replicated database option provides for high availability and geographically distributed and independent sites. RTA also offers an optional interface to casino management and other enterprise systems. It has the ability to print and encode Player Tracking Cards at all distributed locations and transmit new and changed customer information to the enterprise system.
