PolicyPointe™ is a Web-based software system that is used by insurance carriers and managing general agents to manage policy workflow, reduce administrative costs and improve customer service for high-volume lines of coverage. A low cost, rapid development software solution, PolicyPointe provides a reliable single system for executing large volumes of transactional business in a controlled, efficient manner with minimal paper handling.

PolicyPointe leverages application service provider (ASP) technology to provide automatic execution and electronic delivery of all elements of policy underwriting, sale and issuance—all without paper and in real time. The system features paperless policy management, advanced tracking and reporting capabilities, and automatic facilitation of ongoing electronic correspondence with insureds. The system supports and facilitates a full range of services including a state-of-the-art call center staffed by licensed insurance professionals, Web site development assistance, and dedicated system support representatives combine to make PolicyPointe a truly unique, comprehensive solution.

PolicyPointe was developed by EIS for the National Professional Group, a division of the Near North National Group of companies.
