The relationship which exists between EIS and each of its employees is employment at will. This means that an employee is free to terminate his/her employment at any time for any reason, with or without cause or prior notice. Similarly, EIS retains the right to terminate an individual's employment at any time, for any reason, with or without cause or prior notice, at its sole discretion.
