NON-DISCRIMINATION AND HARASSMENT POLICY Discrimination against any employee based on race, color, sex, religion, national origin, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation or any other prohibited basis will not be tolerated. This applies to recruiting, hiring, pay rates, training, promotions and other terms of employment and termination.
Harassment includes verbal or physical conduct that demeans or shows hostility toward an individual because of his/her race, color, sex, religion, age, disability or other prohibitive basis and that creates a hostile or offensive environment, or adversely affects employment opportunities. EIS will not tolerate any form of harassment.
Sexual harassment, unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or verbal or physical conduct, is prohibited by EIS. EIS encourages employees who feel subject to discrimination, to immediately report it to the EIS management. |
