SUBSTANCE ABUSE

Because EIS employees will be dealing with customers and other employees, products and equipment, employees are expected to behave with the highest standard of conduct and professionalism. Alcohol and illegal drugs can impair your ability to meet these responsibilities. Being under the influence of alcohol while performing company business, or engaging in conduct which interferes with job performance is prohibited. The use, sale, purchase, possession, transfer or presence in one's system of any illegal or controlled substance (except medically prescribed drugs) while engaging in company business is prohibited.

Violation of any of the above can result in disciplinary action to termination.
