The PolicyPointe Virtual Service Center (VSC) is an extension of an insurance policy fulfillment system developed by EIS for a client in the insurance brokerage industry. The goal of the VSC is to give insureds a way to manage their insurance portfolio at any time through a simple web browser. With this system, insureds can view their account transactions, make payments electronically, view, print, and make changes to their policy, communicate with insurance professionals, and much more.
